Cocacola Company — unauthorized freezing charges. | |||
This complaint is about the unauthorized charges regarding the cold drinks packages. It is observed in all the local stores of tripura, assam and all other states of north east that the store keepers take rs 3 to rs 5 extra on mrp. (Depending on the quantity). When i asked the store keepers they just replied that this is for freezing charge. When i confirmed from the dealers of coca cola i found it is unauthorised. They sell the product to the storekeepers to resell in mrp including of freezing charges. I complained to coca cola company against the unauthorised charges but no effect.
