Dear team, I am writing this mail with very disappointing feedback & commitment. I have enrolled for "couple preventive family health package" with the sum of 11000 rs. From "cognate health services private limited". In these plan they had committed me for lots of benefit & plans, but you have failed always & they have fooled me & one of my colleagues as well (My reference).
