Cognate health service pvt ltd — refund/reimbursement issue
Hi
I have purchased "couple preventive health care plan" worth 7000/-. On 11th may 2019, i ahve submitted my medical bill at 20th may 19 for reimbursement but they didn't process yet.
I have called the cognate customer care for process my bill but they are denying many times. Their customer support services are very bad and not responding many times post purchased of their services hence i am not satisfied with their services, i wanted to cancel my plan and asked for refund, they are denying the same also, saying i have taken the plan under a promotion policy, so not eligible for any refund.
Please help to take legal action with this company and please call me on below no. For any further concern\clarification.
