On 04/08/2018, i bought (Couple preventive health care packege). Invoice number inv2200.
Prior to the purchase, manish called me many times to take this plan. But now he is not picking my call.
Manish assured me that reimbursement money will be credit in the account within 15 days
I have shared bill copy to ([protected]@cognatehealthorganisation.com.) on 14 august 2018.
Its almost 5 month past but i did not receive and reimbursement money and health check
I called mr. Manish but he is not picking my call now, so
I drop sms and email to call me but still i did not receive my response form him
I called to customer care (Number -[protected]) at 13/09/2018 12.01pm and ms sweta picked up the call.
I want to explain my issue but she did not want to hear. Even she don’t know how to talk with customer. She disconnect my call.
I called 5 times but my phone was not picked up. If there is a recordable line, you can listen to the way to talks
Before purchased i asked many times to manish and he confirmed they will reimburse money within 15 days.
Its my really a worst experience with you. Kindly refund my amount asap.
Now i am going to file a fir against the company. I am continue following the team for my payment but they are cheater.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved asap. I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through consumer court or through the courts.
