Cognate Health Services — fraud company - selling opd reimbursement claims

This is a fraud company which does lots of promises before selling the package. But after selling the package real game starts. Cognate will not process your claims for months.
In my case, a claim submitted on September 26, 2018 got reimbursed on December 10, 2018 that too only a 16% of the OPD fee got reimbursed initially which was promised to be of 50% of OPD fee amount.
Customer care guys are rude and very unprofessional. You will never get any solutions from them.

Updated by caamitsoni Now when i am asking customer care to give me details that against which this 164 rupees got transferred in my account, they are just making promises from past 3 days. Pathetic people.

Updated by caamitsoni These guys are not resolving any complain, rather they are threatening me to remove all negative reviews, so people don't know about their fradulent activites. See the screen shot of their email sent to me.
