Sales team from cognate health Organisation committed various benefits through email inboxed to me.But after purchasing policy, benefits mentioned in policy ( preventive health plan )documents are lesser than they had committed on email.

I am following up with cognate health Organisation through email and phones but not getting any response from them.Since 45 days freelook period of policy is near to ending in few days. They delibrately not answering or replying to my genuine issue.

Request this forum to escalate it to company and get it resolved on priority.
