Cognate Health Services — bill claims

I have taken one health policy from cognate health services pvt ltd in which they mentioned that i can claim all my medical bill with this policy. I have submitted around 3-4 medical bills to them but 5 months have passed but still payment is pending & every time they give a new excuse to me.
This the first company ever where the back end server was in break down for 3 months. I cannot understand how is this company dealing with customer. How they got approvals.
As per my experience they are doing fraud with customers & i want to file a legal case against same.

Updated by stomar262 Today cognate team is giving threat to me that if you want payment. you have remove your review from our site otherwise we will not release your payment.
as per their person this is cognate policy. please take a action & black list them.
