On 4th march-19, i purchased "couple preventive health care plan" worth 7000/-. On 4th march, i called the cognate customer care to enquire about the process of bill reimbursement related to my medical bill and health check up, however i was informed that i am not eligible for any reimbursement as i am not satisfied with the plan and they have denied the services, i wanted to cancel my plan and asked for refund, they are denying the same also, saying i have taken the plan under a promotion policy, so not eligible for any refund.
