Cognate Health Services — reimbursement delayed and non supportive customer care | |||
I bought a policy for the 4 members of my family at 12000/- for 2 years in April 2018. They promised to repay some part of every bills and even promised to get 50% discount on dental checkups and all the tests. But now when we have submitted our bills on 10th May 2019 and 24th May 2019, they are not willing to pay a single amount moreover their customer care is not willing to listen to our plea. They just reply in so unprofessional manner which is really pathetic. They are just looting the money of common man. I just need my reimbursement in time but they are not willing to pay it. Policy ID for my mother is [protected]. Further I have sent mails to check with them but their response was so pathetic.
