Cognate Health Services — reimbursements | |||||
Cognate health services doesn’t deserve even 1 star. This is worst ever experience i have faced with the cognate health services. I bought a plan in august 2017 through emi option as they have been told me to reimburse all the charges incurred on the emi feature. There is no reimbursement made yet and they are not bothered to provide after sale services to their customers. They just deny their customers by making new excuses and delaying the reimbursements. Also, i have submitted lots of medical bills and cannot see any hope of reimbursement. I came to know that they had a target to reimburse all the bills by 31st december 2017 however they failed to achieve them as well. “moreover, they have started blackmailing their customers to update a positive review about their company to get the reimbursements done”. I would request everyone not to purchase any policy from them as they will convince you to reimburse the bills within 15 days but nobody is sure how much time they will take as for sure they are not going to reimburse any payments in 15 days and everyday with ample of excuses.
