Cognate Health Services — totally fraud company never passed any claims/ medical bills

Cognate health service pvt ltd is totally fraud company, i have purchased the plans for 2 persons and they commited to reimburse few percentage in all medical artifacts like medicines, doctor's fee, delivery, ultrasound etc. But till the date they have not passed even single bill. They even commited the free healt checkup but did not get that also.

Too disappointment.

Kindly take appropriate action against the company.
