Cognizant — about the pre joining formalities on the one cognizant portal

I am trying to fill the educational details on the one cognizant portal but there is a mandatory field of nats registration id. What to do of the nats form in the educational details if you are not a sandwich student who is doing engineering till now. From where will you get the nats id?
What should we do if i don't have a pan card. Please provide a email of the cognizant representative whom i can request to help me with this.
