Cognizant — After Cleared My Two Round Interview - Not receive any call from HR

I had two round of Interview ( June 23th and June 25th, 2021 ) and then HR congratulated me and asked me to fill candidate information sheet & few documents to shared on 30th June and still now not receive any call from HR discussion.
Till now no call, no mail nothing. its been 10 days and no mail's came, i tried to call her and sent mail but no reply.
Please help me to solve my issue.

No, I didn't receive any call from CTS HR.

I tried to call lot of time, he/she not pick my call anymore.
