Cognizant — after clearing all rounds even submitted cis form no reply from hr received

Hi,

I've appeared for the interview at cognizant gurgaon on 16th march 2019 saturday for the position of selenium automation tester i had cleared all the rounds that day at last one hr came and she made me fill cis form along with photographs and told me to wait for a while, after spending almost an hour there onother hr came and told me that im through to all the process and he advised me to come next weekend for the final hr round since i havent recieved any mail nor call what so ever regarding my candiddature,

I mean why they waste time in taking interview when they really don't need any extra resource

Note : even though this position was immmediate, why they didnt send any response

If somebody faced this kind of situation please advise and cognizant stop taking bostup interviews and waste precious time of people out there when really u are in no mood to hire any one
