Cognizant — bgv and joining delay

After submitting all the documents to the hr still waiting for the on boarding pass, i was suppose to join by 20/2/2019 as per the offer letter. I have resigned from my previous service as per the instruction of the offer from cts. Before 1 days of joining they have sent me an email that they have received a negative feedback so they asked me to submit form 16 for the previous employee which i have uploaded on the portal on that day itself. After some days again they informed me that they need the form 16 for my very fast company where i worked for 6 months and i have not received any form 16 in this duration as my salary was not taxable. Still to prove that i have worked in that organization i have submitted the bank statement which they have asked for. I have never received any proper reply from cognizant regarding my joining and each and every time they have come up with the new issues but each and every time i have submitted the required documents. Lastly after so many days they informed me that they have put my profile in the suspect list as they were unable to find out my very fast organization. I have straight away call the director of the company and raised the same concern and she advised me to share her email and the mobile number with cts which i have done i have also submitted the cin and the registration number of that company along with all the other details a genuine company does have still i am unable to get any update from them. It seems like that they are not bother about anything. I have tried to reach out to my recruiters but most of the time they don't respond neither via email nor by the calls. I am really worried about my career now as i have resigned already. I have no idea that what they are waiting for as i have submitted all the documents apart of the form 16 for which i have given them proper clarification and also proved that i have worked for a genuine company. I really would request to #ctshr and the #bgv team to look into this issue and i am really looking forward of this asap.
