Cognizant — didn't receive any call or mail for offer letter | |||
Hi, I have done my interview for dot net developer in asv sun tech park, chennai on 19 th may 2018. I cleared all the rounds and atlast hr told that i would be receiving offer letter within 10 days. But it has been two weeks i didn't receive any information. I mailed to hr regards this, but reply came. No I don't have any mail Id. I haven't received any mails or call from them. Calling them is better than mailing them coz getting response may take some more time. If you want try that mail id " hr-ssbenefits2@cognizant.com " they will raise a ticket for you and someone definitely will response you.

As per suggestion wait for 1 month, because its big process HR need to get lot of approval from manager, hiring manager etc., before releasing offer, i get the offer letter after 40 days only. please be patient
I was also shortlisted through amcat and attended interview on 21st july 2018 in pune location. I got mail from cognizant that I am shortlisted in the drive and they'll reply me within 3 weeks post background verification. It's been more than a month and I didn't get any response.
