Cognizant — I am complaining about the interview status from Cognizant

I have completed all my rounds from Cognizant via Superset and successfully completed my certificate verification process on Nov 30 between 10:30-12:00 and got an completion mail from Cognizant and from superset, but futher I didn’t get any updates from Cognizant regarding my Loi and Offer Letter. Its been more than a month but still waiting for an updates from Cognizant. Please send me the mail regarding my LOI.
Its very much frustrating and saddening waiting for an LOI for more than a month feels saddening please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.
