Cognizant — I got the confirmation mail but not the selected mail

I interviewed at cognizant on 27th october and went till hr round.I got the confirmation mail from cognizant on october 30th. My friend who attended interview on the same date got offer letter on November 9th but i didn't get any mail. Is there any kind of rejection in document verification? I am in dilemma whether i get selected or not.Kindly share me the status of my application ASAP.

I have applied my HDFC food card a long back and I forgot to activate the card under certain period of time. And now i'm not able to use the card. I have also top up my card with 1000 Rs. Now i'm unable to use my card. So kindly help me out of this issues as soon as possible.
