[Resolved]  Cognizant — Login Issue in Cognizant Portal

I am Ojjaswin Arya, and I am a student of Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology(MSIT), Delhi. {ECE Branch, 2018-22}
I have been placed in Cognizant as a GenC during our Campus Placements.

On 12 January 2022, I received an email regarding logging into the Cognizant Portal to complete Pre-Joining Formalities and Uploading Documents for BGV.

However, when i am trying to login, it is showing a login error. I am attaching the Screenshots of the same.

i'm unable to open my bgv page in the cognizant onboarding portal after i accepted the offer letter via the portal even if try ro to the bgv page it does not redirect me to fill up the document rather i get a message to please visit after sometimes and a hyperlink to change the offer letter status. I am unable to complete any proceedings don't understand what is the issue with the portal coz the bgv status is yet to start could anybody help.
