Cognizant — No response from HR after clearing 2 rounds of interview and submitting documents | |
I had appeared for the technical and managerial rounds of interview for Salesforce Testing role in the month of March. In april, the HR asked me for all my documents including payslips and other documents to prepare for the HR round but after that I didn't get any response from the HR. I tried mailing her and even called her a lot of times but no response. Today again when I tried mailing her, I got a auto response saying she has blocked my mails and even when I'm calling her she is disconnecting my calls. I don't understand how can someone reject some candidate even after clearing all the rounds of interview and that too when the candidate asks for an explanation, the candidate gets blocked from all sources. This is a very ridiculous behavior done by your company HR. I have cleared Technical round before 25 days but I still haven't any updates regarding next managerial round from HR
