Cognizant — Not able to login to 1C onboarding portal and my DOJ was 16th Apr 2021

Myself Mohd Mazharuddin, Candidate Id: 15607060.
Not able to login to 1C onboarding portal and my DOJ was 16th Apr 2021.

I got mail from cognizant regrading to upload pending Documents. But I am unable to login into 1C onboarding portal. please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I am getting this Message:
