Hi, Myself Mohd Mazharuddin, Candidate Id: 15607060. Not able to login to 1C onboarding portal and my DOJ was 16th Apr 2021. I got mail from cognizant regrading to upload pending Documents. But I am unable to login into 1C onboarding portal. please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am getting this Message: "Request Id: b53315c6-329a-4227-a7ec-d4c8cd428400 Correlation Id: 8b4256ac-e31c-42e1-ab70-29ff150679ae Timestamp:[protected]T05:22:39Z Message: AADSTS90072: User account '[protected]@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_SAML_PROD) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account" please resolve the issue as soon as possible. did called them or mailed them any reply from their side? because for me they said it an internal issue you will agin receive offer need to accept it like that but i didnt get any offer again.
ok let me know if you have any updates. i will also update if any from my side.
by the way do you have any backup offer ? if no please try to have one bcz we cannot totally depend on this.
Hi did you got any updated from the company did they reinitiated the offer?
