Cognizant — not get mail from cognizant hr

Hi team,

This is vishal. I attended the interview on on may 11th2019 in pune. As per the conversation i had with hr will receive offer letter within 1 weeks. Yesterday on 14may2019 received a call from chennai hr team, to fill my joining documents. But i didn't receive any email from cognizant. I try to contact hr team but not able to that.
