Cognizant — regarding acceptance of offer letter

I received a mail to accept the offer letter. I logged in to the cognizant portal and opened the onboarding portal. I clicked on the accept letter option and submitted the page but it was not submitted and is getting back to the same page to accept the letter. My joining date is on 5th april 2019. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
