Cognizant — regarding the mistake in my offer letter

Sir, i have received my offer letter from cognizant on 19 march 2019, but my name and my college name written in the offer letter is wrong and in instructions its asking for the documents and if i submit my documents it will not verify my name and my college name. Since, there is an acceptance timing that i need to accept the offer within the 7 days. I am not the only one with whom it has been done there are lot of students from the off campus drive of cognizant on 3rd feb 2019 at galgotia college of engineering and technology. Please help!!
