[Resolved]  Cognizant — Related offer letter

Hi this is to inform you I have completed my Hr discussion on 21 of july but . i have not got offer letter till now more than 3 weeks they are telling me the position is hold and waiting for approval . So why they take interviews If they can not provide offer letter or join the people.
