After submitting all the documents to the hr still waiting for the on boarding pass, i was suppose to join by 17/11/2021 as per the offer letter. They asked me the form 16 for my first company where i worked for 3 years and i have not received any form 16 in this duration as my salary was not taxable. So he was asked me conformation mail from my first company then my first company MD was sent a mail to cognizant Hr. I have submitted all the documents apart of the form 16 for which i have given them proper clarification and also proved that i have worked for a genuine company. still they are not extended my DOJ.I can provide all my original documents and bank statements. Hi, This is sabitha. Yesterday I received a mail regarding my BGV was negative due lack of documents.I have shared all the documents .If I don't have documente I requested to my previous company and send the clarification also. Pls consider as my urgent request how the problem will resolve.kindly help me out
