Cognizant Technology Solutions — delay in issuance of service letter and full & final settlement letter despite full payment

I, Manav Shrivastava (Employee ID: 2170307), had been asked to make a payment of Rs. 44, 012 towards my full and final settlement in order to receive my Service Letter and Full & Final Settlement (FnF) Letter. I arranged this amount on an urgent basis despite financial difficulties and successfully made the payment on[protected] at 14:32:17 via NEFT.
The payment has already been credited to Cognizant’s designated account (UTR Reference Number: KKBKH[protected]), and I have also shared the proof of payment with the Exit Help Desk team. However, it has been over three days since the payment, and I have still not received my Service Letter and FnF Letter.
My new employment opportunity strictly depends on timely submission of these documents, and the delay from Cognizant’s side is putting my confirmed offer at risk. I urgently request that Cognizant issue the Service Letter and FnF Settlement Letter without any further delay.
