Cognizant Technology Solutions — Eye problem

Updated by Amarrkannthh Request management team to re join in same organization as I am facing Eye Problem after joining organization.You people are responsible.How to run my family without job.I worked for company and it has impacted my eye I have informed higher officials working in cognizant, but terminated stating that non performance.
Please tell me when I joined company my vision was good and after joining I got vision problem over pressure

With my Id [protected]@cognizant.com.Due to overpressure in the office in our project one of my eye got affected ie, nerve got damaged.

I tried to inform higher officials but no response at all.
I have been terminated from cognizant

Now I am jobless Madam.
Request you to understand my situation and help me to Re Join the orgnization
