Cognizant Technology Solutions — interview scam

I have attended cognizant interview on jan and got selected. I received a mail of selection from the talent acquisition team. And i got mail to submit contact form and resume. Did that.

After that the contact person stopped responding mails.
After a month of follow up they said that i dint attend hr round and will check. But i did attend everything on the interview date.

After a month i. E feb end they say my profile is kept on hold so we wil have hr round again. I did through phone call. They said will issue offer within a week.

Again after two weeks they say approval pending.

And now finally they say project has some issues so we will have managerical round again.

Come on guys its been 3 months and i dint get offer and people are calling me and asking me to take up hr rounds thrice and managerical round twice and i dont know whats the meaning of clearing rounds.
