Cognizant Technology Solutions — Not able to login to Always Cognizant portal

My employee ID was 271823. I am trying to get my Employee Verification letter via "Always Cognizant Portal". But the old mobile I had given to the portal, I have no access of that. I sent emails multiple times to " [protected]@cognizant.com" to reset the setting, so that I can log in again but no one responding my email.

I need Employee Verification Letter for my I140 process. Please help me to login to "Always Cognizant Portal" by clearing the verification process so that I can add new mobile number.
