Cognizant Technology Solutions — Superannuation fund transfer issue

I am trying to connect with exithelp desk more than 4 months to complete my superannuation fund transfer but they are not responding even i loop top management people of cognizant but even though i am not getting any response from top management people nor from exit help desk.
