I thought cognizant selection process will be upto inddustry standards, but it seems there are some gaps in the process. Its likely that you would not be able to say that you have international process, it will only be in advertisements.

joined in cognizant as Contractor Associate with not one but following fake documents that include fake education documents, fake experience documents, fake form 16 documents, fake bank statement and as back door entry he managed interviews with proxy help,

Previously he has joined in two Mncs( Capgemini, TCS) with fake documents but his back ground verification was nagitive so they terminated him worked for Capgemini from October 8, 2021 to January10, 2022 as “Consultant”. but Terminated.

I am sure that the organization he has mentioned is a fake company and only does illegal business of fake documents. If your esteemed organization is not able to identify these and take strict action, your organization will have a bad reputation.

But I wonder how the candidates in cognizant, are cleared of the background verification process.
