Cognizant — Unable to login to one cognizant | |||
Hello Sir, My name is Rahul Kumar. Candidate id[protected]. email id- [protected]@gmail.com I got a mail from cognizant to complete my pre joining formalities. But I am unable to login to the one cognizant portal. Everytime when i am trying to login it shows me error. I have been stuck from 6 days.please help me so that I can complete my pre joining fomalities . Below is the error that is geeting displayed everytime. Request Id: d0251d4c-fc23-408a-9a87-4f05a6d31200 Correlation Id: a86735d5-9c3b-4f51-8d50-8b033826bff0 Timestamp:[protected]T04:24:15Z Message: AADSTS90072: User account '[protected]@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_SAML_PROD) in that tenant.
