Cognizant — update my uan & pf

Hello supression team of cognizant,

I am guttula bhargav phani sai srinivas with employee number 717376.
My humble request to you i have worked in cognizant from "13-july-2019 to 07-july-2019".
I dont know who did a mistake, but it is showing my last working day (Lwd) as 24th-july-2019 in uan & hcm as well...
I am not asking to increase or decrease my lwd, i am asking you people to update my lwd as 7th-july-2019 in uan & hcm as well.
