Coindcx.com — KYC Verification

I am keep on submitting my E-PAN for KYC Verification and COINDcx Is keep on rejecting my KYC stating that we do not accept photocopy of PAN Card.
Are these people dumb or illiterate?

Please take action against these people who is rejecting my E-PAN Card and stating that we do not accept Photocopy of it.

Please resolve my issue at the earliest and complete my KYC
