I have been facing this login problem after app update. When I try login my account, during 2FA otp is been asked on both mobile phone and email ID. OTP on email ID is not getting received after many attempts Customer care people are also not taking this seriously.
After sending them screen recording also which they have asked me to send for cross verification, they are not able to help me login my account.
