[Resolved] Coindelta — money still pending

I have deposited rs 4000 on 5th of january 2018 following the procedures as directed by coindelta on their website to deposit inr but same is not reflecting in my wallet till today i. E. Thursday 11th january 2018. Despite of several tickets raised on their support system there is no response and any phone number is not provided by them on their website. I have also written this issue on twitter but didnot receive any kind of response.

i got an email to provide details of transaction id from email address [email protected] which i did and it was added to my accout

Updated by raisonu89 I deposited rs 4000 on Friday i.e. on 5th Jan 2018 to start a trade but still not reflecting in my wallet till now i.e. Thursday. They does not provide support of any kind and in fact not getting any response from them in spite of several tickets raised in their website.But didn't receive any response from them i am a bit confused is there any regulation or rules for forming website or company to provide their phone number in case a consumer needs to contact or was it intentional to do things like this.

I am providing you with ticket id raised by me and they are 24531, 24049, 23203, 21340, 20950, 20387, 20003, 19047, 18821 Please do resolve this quickly. I do believe that to resolve an issue you people need is either E-MAIL ID or Tickets number raise on your support section and not to join telegram.

I had transferred 20K INR into my wallet but it's not transferred and its still showing me the transaction status as pending.

And I did this transaction on 08-Jan-2018
