Dear Sir / Madam,

I have Registered my Account in Coindelta.com and was doing crypto Trade. Suddenly Coindelta announced its closure of the exchange.

I was doing mining in BTC and I have submitted my Coindelta BTC Wallet Address to the miner. Due to closure of the Coindelta, my BTC withdrawal will only go to BTC Wallet address of of Coindelta. Now I am in great distress, because the Miner does not given opportunity to change the BTC wallet address.

The miner will not change my BTC wallet Address. When I submit my BTC withdrawal request it will go to Coindelta BTC wallet address only.

I do have wider communication with Coindelta to get my Private Key of BTC Wallet. They have replied me that the Private keys are maintained by Bitfair Technologies Pvt Ltd.

I like to have my Private Key of BTC Wallet of Coindelta. If you could help me to retrieve my Private Key, I will be much more thankful to your service.

I am ready to bear the cost involved in getting the Private Key of BTC wallet.
I expect your co-operation in this regard. My Loss Can be repudiated on your kind heart in getting my BTC wallet Private Key.

First the company failed to stand by it's commitments.
Now it has increased it's withdrawal rates. What a fraud.
Now that the company has declared it's failure and has posted a notice to withdraw the crypto currency, it has made it difficult than what it was.
On raising a query / ticket, there is no response.
Not that a single penny will be allowed to coindelta by fraud, i assure. Legally.

I have deposited the inr 60000/- on 5 feb 2018 but as yet it is not credited in my coindelta account... Now the price of all coin has been increased...

I am trying to contact coindelta by raising ticket but as yet no reply from coindelta... Very poor service... No one hearing...

My money has stuck in coindelta and its showing in "deposit pending" but not deposited in rupee walltet... I can't access this money... Nor i can use this money to buy alt coint... Unless it can't show in rupee wallet...

And i can't cancel this so that i can get the money back in my wallet.

Please look into the matter and give the solution asap.

:25 hrs. Immediately i placed withdrawal to my other wallet. But i got notification that you will receive confirmation email for withdrawal. But even after 10 hrs i havent received any email. Also i couldnt cancel withdrawal but there is an option which was not working. I raised 2 tickets but ended in vain. Bch was struck in their website for 10 hours. The price of coin dropped and i faced serious loss without even tradiing. Then i cointacted them through twitter and struggled to solve the problem. The withdrawal was cancelled after 10 hours. The admin at coindelta group proudly says we have solved the problem in 10 hours compared to other world exchanges which takes more than 24 hours.

I would like to say that im trading in many international exchanges like binance, hitbtc, kukoin, bittrex, c-cex, gateo. Io, coinexchange. Io, etc for more than a year. Not even a single time i have contacted their customer service as the situation never arisen. Such incidence never happened in those exchanges. If they are stopping withdrawal they make announcement previously so as customer can avoid losses. As i can easily convert coins to inr without fee i started to trade in indian exchanges.

Sending confirmation email is their trick to stop withdrawal and make people struggle in their website. If they really care about people they would have made announcement earlier..

I am making this complaint not as i suffered but new comers should be beware of those cheap acts of exchanges

I have deposited 3000/- inr on 17th january, through my bank account as per the shown procedure by coindelta. But this process still shown as pending and my money is not reflecting in my wallet. I have generated tickets on their site but no one responding to that (Ticket id 27778, 27437, 27528). There is no helpline no. On the site and i m helpless now. Kindly help.

I have deposited rs 4000 on 5th of january 2018 following the procedures as directed by coindelta on their website to deposit inr but same is not reflecting in my wallet till today i. E. Thursday 11th january 2018. Despite of several tickets raised on their support system there is no response and any phone number is not provided by them on their website. I have also written this issue on twitter but didnot receive any kind of response.

I deposited 1lakh rupee to coindelta hdfc account on friday and i got a massage where they replied your money will reflect after 24 hours. But till now monday i doesn't get any money on my wallet. This problem is very wide problem which is happening with most of the customers. One of the fraudest things is that they are not replying. Plz resolve this problem asap.

I sold 5876.89 xrp to exchange for btc
Xrp was at rs. 198 while btc was at 12.25 lacs
And what i received after the exchange is 0.2358 btc.
Not sure on what basis the exchange had happened.

Considering the value of xrp @ 198 = 11, 63, 624
Btc for 1163448 when btc price at 12.25 would be 0.94989 btc but was only delivered 0.2358
Some 0.7131 btc has been missed all together which amounts to...

I lost my 16 digit authentication key and unable to sign in. I have so far raised 3 tickets on coindelta support site. However, the problem is not resolved. It seems support services team from coindelta do not wish to help people, but only ask them to raise tickets one after the other.
I suspect this may be a case where such lost key accounts may be deliberately kept on hold from being resolved so the money invested can't be withdrawn and hence be entirely property of coindelta, eventually.

Transferred my cryptocurrency 515.82 nos of xrp (Ripples) from poloniex to my coindelta ripple address 5 days before. The transaction was succesful to coindelta company but they didnt deposited it to my wallet. After asking support through mail, social networking sites a lot of times also, they didnt responde. Even they didnt provided their contact number upon their website. I gave them the proof also the transaction report, screenshot of succesful transacttion, but they are not responding. Please help me getting my coins back worth rs 33000/-.
