I lost my 16 digit authentication key and unable to sign in. I have so far raised 2 tickets on coindelta support site. However, the problem is not resolved and there's no response even in facebook or mail. They are not even ready to resolve issue. They could atleast respond by how much time it could take to resolve or it can or cannot resolve or anything. One cannot find their office phone number anywhere in google sites and the adresses provided in facebook and their websites are different and also incorrect. one cannot contact them except through mail. I never expected this from them as there platform was very good for trading compared to any other websites. Except for customer support service, trading services are good easy deposit and withdrawal and low trading fee.

For new users yet to create an account: Till then you can try to invest very small amount of money and see if your invested money comes back into your account upon withdrawal. If it does, you can trade with whatever amount of money you want to, but just dont lose your 16 digit key.
