Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-repayment of the amount I invested in the preference share capital of your company.

I had invested a sum of ₹45, 000 on 05/11/2012 under the scheme offering preference shares by your company. According to the terms and conditions of the issuance, the company was obligated to pay back the invested amount upon maturity. Despite the lapse of the stipulated redemption period, I have not received any communication or refund of my invested amount.

I hereby request you to urgently look into this matter and arrange for the immediate refund of the amount due to me, along with any applicable interest as per the terms of the agreement.

I invested rs 5, 000/- (five thousand rupees) in basil international limited with redemption date 03/05/2015, now it is 30/03/2024. They haven't refund my money yet so far, nor they have responded to any of my queries. I am getting exhausted of trying to complaint and contacting them, as they don't give any response. I am in need of my hard earned money as soon as possible. Therefore you are the only one who can help me. Please do something as early as possible.

I have bought several FD from the comp[any and after the maturity date they have not settled down the FD instead they have stopped operation in our state, even i have submitted all the certificates to the authority once collected from our state
