Dear Friends,
Please don't get yourself into trouble by joining in this company. I was asked to come thrice for interview, still interview was not over. First round by Sr HR, second by HR manager, third by Director, fourth once again by HR manager, fifth was a panel interview (HR Manager, Project Manager, and Two other Directors). I cleared all these rounds and said i will be getting my offer letter in few days, unfortunately! once again the HR Manager wanted me to interview, it was initially told that i am going to be issued the offer letter The questions were almost irrelevant the Manager discouraged me to reduce CTC.
They wont think about the candidates, ask me to come at 5 pm but (believe it or not) they started only at 09.00 pm on all my three visits.
Please don't accept this company's offer, they will trick and play in your life. Career full.
Even the positive reviews were posted by the other HR's.
I was offered a tricky (low) package and i refused it as i know it by my experience, but you don't fall for it.

Yes Indeed Colan Infotech is playing with candidates life.I cleared all rounds of interview even the HR round.they said they would release the offer letter within a couple of days.after couple of days when I did not get the offer letter I called them up to ask about the status then they said your profile did not get shortlisted.totally wasted ny time by telling me that i was selected and after few days my profile got rejected.they are spammers and cons and cheats and what nots.
