[Resolved]  COLLEGE INSTITUTION — FOR SALARY ISSUE

Sir, Regarding: - For salary issue. Respected sir, Most humbly respect that I am shailendra soni, I had worked in Maharshi Vishwamitra College Pandhurna as an assistant professor of microbiology department from July 2011 to June 2014, but some time ago, I had done resignation at this post and took admission for study in B.Ed at chandrapur in Maharashtra. Due to this, I had left the job from above institution and my salary (Rs 35, 000) from March 2014 to June 2014 has not paid to me and said to me by principal at that time, you have to take your salary after some time and now, 6 month has passed but salary has not provided to me by the institution. I have enclosed some files from this letter about salary. Now, I had talked about this to principal for giving me the whole amount of my remaining salary but he doesn’t want to give me. I had tried to contact for this by call, E-mails and also letter to the principal of that institution but no response receive from the college side yet. Now, the situation is that the principal of this college has changed and I have also talked with this newly appointed principal of this college but he refused to pay my salary. So, I am not able to take my salary from this institution. Please, take a right and legal action against this college and provide my salary to me in bank account, a bank account detail is [protected] (central bank of India) and IFSC code CBIN0280752 and college contact no.
