we had a very unsatisfactory experience with the recently concluded package of Singapore and Malaysia provided to us by colorful Vacations CS-28, 2nd Floor, Ansal Plaza, Vaishali, Neelpadam Kunj Complex, Kamma 1, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012
.The issues were as following; in our package first we stay malaysia then one night at genting and then 4 nights at singapour including new year eve instead this she made it completely opposite. starting 4 nights at singapour then malaysia and no stay at genting. Miss Chitra had promised that We would be provided 4 star Hotel in Singapore . we were given a different hotel fortuna with a single small and dirty room for us. We had to somehow accomodate in that single small room for four days. Secondly, We were stranded at Malaysia airport for more than 60 mins. without knowing whom to contact resulting in great mental torture to all o[censored]s.
In the itinerary of Genting tour, snow world ticket was not provided us and we purchase ticket, they cancelled our show without our prior knowledge.
5. In Genting, the outdoor theme park was closed which should have been informed as the trip to Genting was useless without the theme park which is under renovation for last seven to eight months.
