I am Kopa. Sitrarasu, Executive General Secretary, Tamizhnadu Consumer -People Right Awareness Centre. Neyveli -3 My Conrtact No. [protected]. I got your(Color ful Vacation) company in Google web site engine for Singapore & Malaysia visit. I have called your web site mentioned mobile Number your staff Mr. Santhoshkumar attended my call. After that he sent tour details to my email ID : kopa.[protected]@gmail.com . I have seen that details that I have called him to ask tour package price negotiation.

After negotiation he has accepted package charge amount Rs.110000/- and I remitted that all amount to colourful vacation company Current account by online bank transaction. they have receipt also provide by mail.CV-0013020.

1) Day 01:Singapore Arrival : Evening depart to Night Safari Tour with to & fro Transfers, pick up from the hotel - 1800 hours / drop at the hotel - 2130 hours. 40-minute journey of wild animal encounters! And Night Show a 20-minute animal presentation. Consumer : This tour not provide to me. I have remitted money in Neyveli. They should provide Night safari tour. Their invalid reason not acceptable. Flight missed any have next day also tour may be provide. If not provide CFV they have cheat me against consumer law. NST cost S$ 140 refundable.
2) Dolphin Lagoon: the adorable fur seals as they perform alongside pink dolphins. Consumer : Dolphin show not provide : That cost also refundable to consumer S$ 100.
3) 01 nights at Genting on twin / triple sharing. Genting hill station hotel Accommodation : rent difference RM 110/-.not provide. Consumer : That cost also refundable to consumer. Genting hill station hotel Accommodation not provide to consumer that rent difference RM 110/-.should be provide to consumer.
4) 26. 05. 2016 breakfasts & 01.06.2016 Dinner also they have agreed : Consumer : but not provided to not provided that cost also RM 50/-

Total cost of refundable to consumer : Rs. 15000/- axiomatically.

Please find your mail dated 6th may 2016. You're mentioned One night stayed in Genting hill station & 26. 05. 2016 breakfasts not provided & night safari also not provided. And you have told invalid reasons when paid any consumer for service. If not provide agreed services. Consumer have full rights to fail case and get compensation for mental agony. I have faced lot of difficult in this package.
Hence, I request you to return my money for un provide services amounts 1) 26. 05. 2016 breakfasts charges SD 15/-. 2) night safari charges SD 140/- 3) Genting hill station hotel rent difference RM 110/-. Totel INR app. 9000/-.
If you not provided above service not provided amount with in 7 days. As per consumer act. 1986. I will pray to district consumer forum (Court) in Tamilnadu. Awareness created to Indian consumers Gov't of India consumer websites. Because I have call record & you have sent mail's relevant documents.

After received my mail colourfulvacation staff Mr. Manish Singh agreed to refund. As follows :

Dear Mr Kopa,
Our operation team will check and give the suitable reply.
Mean while for any refund process as per the company policy, It takes 15 working days.
So we request you to give the 15 working days to resolve your issue.
@Anju Maam-Pls see the mail as below and ask the suitable explanation from our Singapore and Malaysia team.

Than I have sent consumer notice on dated 01.012.2016. But till date not provide my money. Hence, provide my money within 7 days I will pray to District Consumer forum – Cuddalore with mental agony Rs. 100000/- and all costs.
