I booked for bangkok phuket trip for 12 adults and 5 kids below 5 years and 1 infant . Travel dated 16nov.to 24 nov. 2015 customised tour
1. I told them to book holiday inn silom, after payments in final voucher they booked holiday inn express siam
2.when i reached holiday inn siam, i came to know the payment has not been proccessed n booking has been cancelled one day before
3. With 6 kids on road side v were waiting...

Such a worst experience had with colorful vacations, I have taken a package from them to visit Andaman on last December 25...there is no value for money. They have included elephant beach in Package.I have a mail proofs from them .But we only paid there and went .I have details of the receipt with amount paid I was asking them for the refund for the past six months, initially they said will issue in two months later they come and said...

we had a very unsatisfactory experience with the recently concluded package of Singapore and Malaysia provided to us by colorful Vacations CS-28, 2nd Floor, Ansal Plaza, Vaishali, Neelpadam Kunj Complex, Kamma 1, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012 .The issues were as following; in our package first we stay malaysia then one night at genting and then 4 nights at singapour including new year eve instead this she made it completely opposite. starting...
