While registering for comedk uget counselling on 14 september 2020 while making the payment transaction was failed so i again made the payment. Now the registration has been done but extra rs 5000 has been deducted from my bank account during this process so kindly help me with the refund. I tried contacting student help desk as mentioned on the official site but due to covid they have disabled the calling service so i mailed them multiple times but got no response.
No transaction id was displayed on the screen rather "cm90004-duplicate record" appeared on the screen.
Please help me with the refund process.

    Sir/mam,
    I was trying to register for comedk counselling 2020, i paid the amount of 5000/-, it was deducted from the account but it didn't show there as successful or anything.
    Kindly help as tomorrow [15th september] is the last date of registration for counselling.

      While i am doing registration for comedk counselling i have paid registration amount 5000 through sbi credit card. Amount got deducted from the bank but it is showing error message.         Please help as i am not able to pay my son aayush gupta registration number hcu014848, b. Tech engineering counseling fees of rs 5000 through the link https://api.payu.in/public/#/2fbd1a132a8e0256e56307c4f7ea6e1f/paymentoptions

        The error message i am getting is :payment could not be processed, try again

        I request you to support me so that i can pay online counseling fees of rs 5000/- by tomorrow so that i can participate in the comedk admission

          . As per the procedure of counseling i'm trying to upload the documents but the transaction is unsuccessful. I have tried many times from yesterday but the same results. Why is this happening? Is the server busy? Or should i check with the bank?

            I was doing my comedk counselling registration yesterday (10th sept 2020) and when i made the payment of ₹5000 for document verification, it showed unsuccessful payment but my money got deducted from my account. Please help.

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              Comedk was scheduled on 1 August 2020 but because covid situation the exam got postponed indefinitely without letting us know the date. JEE Mains which was scheduled in end of July got postponed to September for which they allowed to change centre. Later Comedk announced the date 19 August (without the option of change in centre).

              Now the situation is Comedk exam centre is in Karnataka, while JEE mains in Jalandar Punjab and the two exams does not have enough quarantine time i.e. 14 days in between them.

              So I need help to change my exam centre. I can provide the required consent for this and the Comedk can do it on my behalf.

              Request to help me in situation, where I am at no fault.

                  I was filling the form of comedk on 29 may 2020 and the transaction was completed and the money was deducted but it showed that the form is still pending and the message of bank was not received i thought that the transaction has failed and tried again. Now the money was deducted twice and the form is completed. I request you to refund my ₹1600 of comedk form fees as soon as possible.

                    I applied for comedk in pcm field on may 28, 2020 the form was completed and payment was also done but the transaction was unsuccessful.
                    But ghe amount was debited from bank rs. 1600
                    It happened twice but still the form was not submitted therefore please reply regarding it as it is the last date of form submission and i mailed to comedk but they are not replying

                      Respected sir/madam,

                      I paid the application fee of rs.1600 through phonepe UPI of your payment gateway after filling the application form of comedk. However, my application payment status still shows 'failed', while the amount of rs. 1600 has already been deducted from my account. I contacted the comedk-uget exam through email and mail my problem to them but they have not responded my email, and due to Coronavirus their helpline number is not working. My application No. - HCU064772

                        I had paid registering fee of comedk university an amount of 1600 dated
                        5-5-2020 the money was debited from my account, i opted it upi.
                        I got the message with a request of citrus solutions pvt ltd. And agree to pay and from there i pay 1600 rs which was deducted from the account but the application shows unsuccessful payment. I checked out again but the problem remains there.
                        Have a look at status and do the need full so that i can pay my fee. My upi id starts with [protected]

                          i mailed them so many times but still didn't got the response.I done the payment on 4th May

                                    After entering the details and submitting the application online, when i downloaded the application pdf it was observed that both the parents' name was replaced with my name.

                                    I request you to correct the father's and mother's name to biju mathew and ranju sebastian respectively. So that i can download the corrected application once again.

                                      I, pragya pankaj singh, an applicant of comedk exam with rank 28012.
                                      My counselling was on date 10/07/19 from 8:30 to 9:00 am but i got late so i was given latecomer timing that is from 5:00 to 5:15 pm. Due to a little confusion about whether dd to be given after seat allotment or before since the space for college name has to be written before submitting, i was not allowed to involve into counselling.
                                      I request you to consider the fact that i am from outside the karnataka and grant me an opportunity for re - counselling as i couldn't submit my dd.

                                        I want my refund because i was not allowed to give my comedk (Uget/unigauge) 2019 which cost me ₹2400. I reached the exam centre half an hour before the commencement of examination. The delay was due to the election. But the centre officials were very rude and ill mannered. They refused me along with four students to enter the examination hall. We were also stopped at the main gate for 15 minutes for no reason. I want my fees back. Please respond to this mail asap as this was really embarrassing. I request comedk to help me out of this problem or else i would have to take immediate measures.
                                        Please respond and my application numbers is: cku022345. Centre: abhay memorial trust group of institution, 366 sallahapur, bamrauli, g. T road, allahabad, uttar pradesh, india - 212208. Please take strict action against this centre so that same is not repeated in the future affecting students will, confidence, hard work, money and much more.
