Comedk — Comedk Application Payment Issue

Hi Sir / Madam,
I have applied for ComedK 2022 for my niece and the amount of RS.1820 was deducted from my bank account. But it is showing payment failed. Please consider this and resolve asap. \

Still I did not receive amount? Could you please help me on this?
I have paid again with my credit card and it was successful. Please return my amount(RS.1820) which I paid initially.
