[Resolved]  Comedk — I have not received full refund of the fee I have paid

I got a seat in round 1 of comedk conselling and I have choiced "accepted and upgraded" my seat, and paid 160000 Rs and then In round 2 I got another college and I have choiced "accepted and freeze" and paid the remaining amount 61920 Rs and then I have seat surrender my seat in surrender period of round 2. So total fee i have paid is 221920 Rs but I only got the refund of 160000 so far. So I have question that will my remaining amount will also be refunded of 61920 Rs which I have paid to accept and freeze my seat in round 2 or not and if yes, when.
