Comedk — Payment problem in decision making of round 2

I Agrima Rai, comedk id- HCU007702 have tried to make payment of ₹50000 for accept and upgrade in round 2 decision making two times but they are showing payment is unsuccessful both the times. Please have a look into it and do something because we have less time and if they payment will not be done my seat will be cancelled. I have proofs too that shows payment was unsuccessful
