I purchased Garden set 206/16 4S from Comfort Furniture, Aundh on 12 Jan 2016. In October 2016, 2 chairs out of 4 lost their sitting weaving. We contacted Comfort for the same as it was in the warranty period of 2 years. As per their directions, we contacted Mr. Abhijit Kapse. He did not respond even after lodging the complaint. After repeated follow-up for over 3 weeks, he sent one person to inspect our chairs, they took photographed and told us that it will get repaired or replaced and Mr Kapse will contact us regarding the issue. We waited for him to contact us for over a month and then again we started following things with him. When we confronted, Mr Kapse denied replacing or repairing even if its in the warranty period. When we asked him to return the money, he said he will contact his senior and will get back to us. We again waited for 2 weeks and then we decided to visit the shop as we lost trust on Mr Kapse. We met Mr Abhishek Deshmukh, relationship manager, he assured us that he will look in this issue and will get back to us. Over entire episode, from October till date, we felt that they are deliberately delaying things just to finish the warranty but they are unaware that the warranty is of 2 years and not 1 year. Anyway, we are still not heard from Mr Deshmukh from past 2 weeks, which was consistent with Mr Kapse. We are waiting for our set to be repaired or replaced from last 4 months.
